I received my JBL today and in minutes had it plugged in and playing. Wow... the audio quality is great to not mention the brilliant subwoofer, excellent overall package.
The little speakers are really cute and on one with the speaker you've volume buttons to manage the output from the music.
I recently had the Harmon Kardon Soundstick 2 that was also an excellent piece, the JBL is evenly of the same quality or even better because of its looks.
I didn't know this at the start, but the covers around the subwoofer and 2 speakers are changable, it includes black covers and white covers as standard. The black covers are standard and already on, but simply take rid of it and put the white ones on if desired plus JBL produce other covers available like pink, brown, red, etc... visit their website for additional info.
If you are contemplating buying some speakers and subwoofer then look no further, at this low price you simply can't go wrong once you consider the Harmon Kardon Soundstick 2 is almost twice as much!!!
P.S. All the cables are lengthy (about 2-3 meters) so plenty of line to play with. Definately a plus point.

I received my JBL today and within minutes been there connected and playing. Wow... the audio quality is excellent never to mention the brilliant subwoofer, great overall package.

So far, happy with my JBL Spot speaker set-up.
They were bought to enhance my new iMac so, aesthetically, they certainly the work perfectly. Simple as anything to set-up....5 mins max, including time because of it to hide excess cabling. They do need their own mains power, but that's no problem - plug them into your PC/Mac headphone socket and you're simply away.
The JBLs are probably no substitute to get a dedicated hi-fi for your lounge, but for playing iTunes, DVDs etc, they're perfect. Lovely rich sound, decent bass no distortion on higher volumes. Worth a go!
